Over their careers, Ascent Residential’s team members have acted in the capacity as principal, investment manager, fiduciary, intermediary, and advisor for CRE and as a result, have a broad network of senior-level relationships with real estate owners, operators, intermediaries and lenders who are anticipated to provide access to a pipeline of attractive investment opportunities. The managing partners are prepared to invest 51% of the required equity in the transactions.
With experience in CRE acquisitions, financing, asset management and dispositions throughout all phases of the real estate cycle, Ascent Residential has the ability to effectuate multiple potential exit strategies (e.g. portfolio sale, individual property sale, public REIT, etc.) to maximize value and terms at disposition.
